HONEYWELL

As described by Toni Boyce, Operation Leader for Employee Service, the recent delivery of the TAO Leadership program (full-day version) for 40 employees at her company, Honeywell International, Inc., in New Jersey, USA, had these results:

  • The following day, after the workshop, people on my team acted differently to each other. They showed each other more compassion and there is a new closeness here. Just in one day.
  • The training gave my team and me a stage to openly display respect and appreciation towards one another, and to create a genuine sense of teamwork.
  • The training gave them time to communicate to one another in a way that will lead to a more harmonious and productive working environment.
  • It was amazing to realize how much stress goes unnoticed throughout the day affecting our communication and working relationships. Through the training my team was able to find a lot of unknown tension in our bodies, and learn easy and effective ways to release and manage them on our own.
  • We can make many strategies for improvement, but unless each employee’s consciousness changes, the strategies will meet their limit. Through the workshop, we experienced such a change in our employees’ mindset and awareness of their surroundings and their respect toward their roles.
  • We took away from this workshop: trust, genuine confidence, creativity, health, happiness and peace.

I am pleased to provide this letter of reference for EC&C Group, Inc. concerning their TAO Leadership Training program. Specifically, a group of staff members attended the vital Self-Mastery Workshop and we are very glad they did.

TAO leadership training to enhance the management of attention, energy, and stress gave the participants skills to manage stress, increase confidence, communicate more postitively, and become more focused on their work. Staff appreciated the gentle exercises and calming environment.

One expectation is that participants will continue to practice the techniques that were taught during the training in so doing will become more grounded and proactive at the same time. Specifically, participants learned how to generate and maintain optimal energetic balance which helps the body and brain functions. Since they can use these skills in their personal life, they are most likely to come to work with a better attitude and clearer focus. Their management of stress contributes to a clear workflow.

We all enjoyed the training; it was entertaining as well as informative. Because the training was experience-based, we could put what we learned into action immediately. I recommend this program if you want a more productive, focused, creative and collegial staff.

Sincerely,

Jeanne Kent
Human Resources Advisor.
