TAO Leadership training develops competence through behavioral-cognitive learning. This "complete system" type of learning integrates different modules of the brain and utilizes body and brain together. Learning in TAO Leadership training is therefore imbedded in a deeper level of the brain, transforming knowledge into actionable competence. Thus, changes are not merely intellectual, but extend to the action, feeling and perception of the participant. TAO Leadership participants find solutions to persistent challenges not only from intellectual level, but also behavioral level, and thus make a fundamental and lasting difference. Because they learn from actual experience, participants learn more and faster.

The basis of our unique training programs is an integration of important scientific research about the brain, Eastern and Western wisdom traditions and practical and effective application techniques.

History

This training program, under the name of U-DAP, has been successfully implemented in Korea since 1985. Nearly 400,000 employees from 750 different companies, organizations and government agencies. Clients include the Korean Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Information and Communication, City of Seoul Municipal Administration, Ministry of Construction and Transportation, Samsung, LG, Hyundai, KIA Motors, SUN Micro Systems and POSCO.

Training Location

TAO Leadership Training courses can be offered on site at client’s preferred location or at the
TAO Leadership Education Center. The TAO Leadership Education Center is located at the Fallsview/BEST5 Resort & Spa in Ellenville, New York. Just 2 hours driving from New York City and 3 international airports (JFK, LaGuardia and Newark International Airports).

In addition to full service educational and recreation facilities, 248 newly-renovated sleeping rooms, 12 conference halls of multiple sizes, golf course, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools are available. With breathtaking views of the Shawangunk Mountains, and waterfalls and lakes nearby, it is perfect setting for our programs.
