Implementation Process
- Assessment
Through the pre-program questionnaire and interview/conference, the client’s needs are clarified and links between TAO Leadership program and client’s needs are defined. Based on this assessment, the details of the structure and content of the program are adjusted to accommodate the client’s needs and ensure the maximum the benefit for the client organization and each individual participant.
- Delivery
Program is delivered in the format of the TAO Leadership genuine learning process. In actual delivery of the program, TAO Leadership uses a variety of learning methods that include lectures, cases, slides, skits, videos, games, experiential exercise (individual, dyadic and small group), insight generation, feedback sharing, open discussion, peer dialogue, and action planning. At the end of the program, a session is provided especially to facilitate the continuous application of what has been learned through the training.
- Incorporating
Considering the powerful effectiveness, the key tools of TAO Leadership are extremely simple and thus very easy to learn and to apply. Through the continuous application of the lessons of TAO Leadership program, the participant incorporate the principles and tools into their living bringing the lasting benefits and positive changes to their professional and personal lives, their relationships, and their work environment.
