This is a 2-day program in which participants learn how to form a high-performance team. By combining the principles of Self-Mastery and Egoless-ness, the foundation for a Peak Performance Team is laid. A Peak-Performance team is further developed when the potentials of each member are fully developed and aligned together to create maximum value. The catalyst and glue for the proper functioning of a Peak Performance Team is actively maintaining genuinely positive attitudes, both individually and collectively. As a result, participants will learn greater self-awareness and mutual trust, how to overcome individual personal barriers and how to create a sound and stable foundation for functioning together more productively, creatively and harmoniously.
