This 7-hours' long course allows participants to experience and learn the principles and skills of self-mastery. Through this training, participants discover and cultivate the physical, energetic, and mental foundation for their optimal performance. Participants will gain tools to better manage their stress, emotions and energy. They will also learn how to use the structure and function of their bodies more effectively and create the physiological basis for positive thinking and communication. Finally, in learning to develop and maintain highly concentrated attention and energy, participants will demonstrate better performance with less stress and greater satisfaction.
